Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales & Project Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preparing customer quotations, managing follow-ups, and coordinating project activities from order through completion.

The ideal candidate brings mid-level experience in industrial sales or manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service. This position plays a critical role in ensuring responsiveness to customers and smooth execution of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely customer quotations based on technical and commercial requirements
  • Proactively follow up on open quotes and customer inquiries to drive conversion and maintain engagement
  • Coordinate project activities between sales, engineering, production, and customers
  • Track order status, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
  • Maintain CRM and internal systems with up-to-date customer and project information
  • Assist the outside sales team with administrative and customer support needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, updates, and issue resolution
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or project coordination in an industrial or manufacturing environment
