We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales & Project Coordinator to join our sign and graphics team. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, handling sales inquiries, preparing estimates, coordinating projects, and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial contact through final installation.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This role is critical to helping our team deliver high-quality signage solutions while supporting the continued growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, website, and walk-in customers.
Consult with customers to understand project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Prepare estimates, proposals, work orders, and invoices.
Follow up on quotes and leads to convert opportunities into sales.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and referral partners.
Assist with outbound prospecting, follow-up calls, and customer retention efforts.
Coordinate project details with design, production, and installation teams.
Schedule site surveys, production timelines, and installation appointments.
Track project status and communicate updates to customers.
Manage customer records and sales activities within company software and CRM systems.
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
Help ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within customer expectations.
Qualifications
Required
2+ years of sales, customer service, account management, or related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred
