Inside Sales & Project Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales & Project Coordinator to join our sign and graphics team. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, handling sales inquiries, preparing estimates, coordinating projects, and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial contact through final installation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This role is critical to helping our team deliver high-quality signage solutions while supporting the continued growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, website, and walk-in customers.
- Consult with customers to understand project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, work orders, and invoices.
- Follow up on quotes and leads to convert opportunities into sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and referral partners.
- Assist with outbound prospecting, follow-up calls, and customer retention efforts.
- Coordinate project details with design, production, and installation teams.
- Schedule site surveys, production timelines, and installation appointments.
- Track project status and communicate updates to customers.
- Manage customer records and sales activities within company software and CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within customer expectations.
Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years of sales, customer service, account management, or related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
