About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technology support at our Northlake, TX, manufacturing facility. The IT Desktop Support Analyst provides direct, hands-on Information Technology support for assigned corporate, plant, or warehouse locations. This role focuses on client-side computing, plant systems support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The position serves as a key point of contact for IT-related issues while collaborating with cross-functional IT and business teams to maintain system reliability, security, and operational continuity.

You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Providing day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
  • Supporting plant systems, including working with external vendors when needed
  • Managing site-level incidents and serving as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Ensuring cybersecurity compliance through system updates, patching, and maintenance
  • Configuring and deploying equipment for new hires and onboarding activities
  • Maintaining accurate hardware inventory and managing equipment lifecycle
  • Collaborating with IT and business partners to improve processes and system performance
  • Documenting systems, processes, and resolutions to support ongoing operations
  • Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with both office and plant floor interaction

Important Details:

  • This role is a full-time, onsite position, based out of our Northlake, TX, site. Travel is required to other sites on occasion.
  • The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $63,500.00 - 95,300.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.

  • Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum of six years of broad-based experience in computer and network support within a Microsoft environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft workstation operating systems
  • Experience supporting Windows-based domains (W2K/W2K3 or newer environments)
  • Strong knowledge of current technology trends and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
