Job description

VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. As a full-time, permanent employee, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintaining the IT infrastructure for our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to all employees for hardware, software, and network related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and maintain the organization's network and server infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with network administration, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and services (e.g. Office 365, AWS)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
