The IT Support Co-op will deliver quality technical support toonsite and remote locations with the ability to solve Tier 1 IT issues. This requiresa range of skills from basic computer knowledge to installation of programs, settingup desk phones, desktops & laptops, general IT troubleshooting, andinteracting with end users.

  • Provide basic IT support to end users on equipment and software applications and ERP and other business application projects, including desktop computers, desk phones, copiers, scanners, computer operating systems, office applications, VPN, and others
  • Monitor and respond to Tier 1 IT tickets, telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical support and elevate Tier 2/3 issues as required.
  • Provide remote IT support to Satellite offices
  • Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Keeping an updated list of tasks and projects
  • Follow support processes, strive to improve processes and procedures where applicable
