Job description

Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a hybrid Executive IT Support Specialist for a full-time position. The Executive IT Support Specialist will be providing day to day support for executive staff and trading floor employees.
Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of IT Support experience supporting Windows environments
  • 10+ years of experience supporting Windows and Mac workstations and laptops
  • Ability to work 4 days a week onsite in San Francisco
  • 5+ years of experience supporting executive level employees
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience/certifications
  • Financial industry experience and previous experience supporting trading floor employees
  • Be available for on-call support as needed

Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience supporting Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with financial applications including FactSet, Eze, Charles River, Bloomberg, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, vSphere, Horizon, MDM and MFA.
  • Microsoft Certifications
