What You'll Do
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant

  • Assist in managing and prioritizing incoming requests, tasks, and logistics

  • Run professional and personal errands as needed

  • Occasionally travel with the CEO to attend events and meetings

  • Help coordinate meetings, materials, and basic scheduling needs

  • Maintain organization of documents, supplies, and office systems

  • Anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks to support executive efficiency

  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests
