As the Manager, Executive Support at our Melbourne Headquarters location, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality executive and board support as an enterprise shared service reporting directly to the CEO. This role ensures clarity, accountability, innovation, and scalability across all executive assistant functions while continuously improving efficiency through process standardization and the intentional use of AI and automation tools.

Manager, Executive Support Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and maintain the executive support operating model, including service standards, procedures, playbooks, and role clarity across SCCU.
  • Provide direct leadership to all Executive Assistants through coaching, performance management, development, and capacity planning.
  • Optimize executive support by allocating Executive Assistant resources effectively, resolving conflicts or prioritization issues, and serving as the primary escalation point.
  • Partner with the CEO to align executive support with enterprise priorities, organizational complexity, and evolving business needs.
  • Drive modernization by identifying and implementing AI, Copilot, automation, and digital tools to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
  • Oversee highlevel administrative support for executives, including complex calendar management, confidential correspondence, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Coordinate agendas and logistics for executive team meetings, board meetings, allstaff meetings, and offsite events.
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery through documented standards, continuous improvement, and measurable gains in executive satisfaction and productivity.

Manager, Executive Support Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years prior executive support or oversight of administration tasks experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience is required.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (power point, excel, word, outlook and visio); ability to design and edit executive presentations and materials.
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors preferred.
  • Strict confidentiality with sensitive information and professionalism required.

Education and Training

  • Two-year degree or equivalent experience required.

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday 8am -5pm
  • Hybrid and Flex Schedule Available

Salary

  • $86,720-$91,836
