Summary / Objective

The Data & Executive Operations Strategist serves as a key partner to leadership, combining advanced data analytics with executive-level operational and administrative support. This role is responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights while driving organizational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.

This position acts as a central hub between leadership, consulting teams, clients, and internal staff—helping to prioritize initiatives, improve processes, and deliver high-quality client service. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and support data-driven decision making across the organization.

This hybrid role blends data analytics, executive support, operations, and client coordination into one strategic position that directly impacts organizational growth, efficiency, and client experience. The Data & Executive Operations Strategist plays a critical role in helping Lee Agency make smarter decisions, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional service.

  • Aggregate, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives

Executive & Strategic Support

Operational & Administrative Management

Client & Relationship Management

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field preferred
    • Equivalent experience (5–7 years) in data analytics, operations, or executive support may be considered
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence
  • Experience supporting executives, leadership teams, or client-facing operations preferred
  • Background in project coordination, consulting support, or operations is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, relational databases, and visualization tools
  • Preferred experience with NTT Software, QuickBooks, and 1099 processing
  • Basic accounting knowledge required
