Overview

Are you a Executive Assistant looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co-workers?

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Executive Assistant to work at Copper Shores Village located at 1500 Edgewater Drive, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327.ย  Copper Shores Village has 67 independent living apartments, 38 assisted living apartments and 14 memory support apartments.ย  Located right next to Copper Creek Lake.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.ย 

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

The overall purpose of this job is to provide administrative support for the Executive Director/Center Director and management staff of a specific location. The responsibilities of this job include managing daily office operations, billing, financial reports, internal communications, and guest inquiries.

Skills & Requirements

Associate Degree in Accounting/Business/Office Administration is preferred.

Three (3) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager.

Equivalent years of experience may substitute for education requirement.ย
