About the Role
Provides high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring efficient operation of daily business activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Executive Assistant acts as a liaison between executives, team members, and vendors, supporting Fit Fusions growth in the Crunch network. Additionally, the position plays a vital part in overseeing and coordinating brand excellence throughout the network to monitor member experience and compliance.
What Youll Do
  • Manage executive meetings, projects, and cross-collaborate with the executive team on implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and workshops.
  • Track and manage budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new staff members.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Partner with Fit Fusion leadership team advancing company growth and preparation for new location openings
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Crunch corporate on brand excellence to assess member experience, staff performance, and adherence to company standards.
  • Analyze secret shop reports and provide actionable feedback to leadership and staff for continuous improvement.
  • Schedule and monitor secret shop visits across various fitness locations, ensuring thorough coverage and objective evaluations.
  • Coordinate meetings and partnership with Crunch corporate with an emphasis on building the franchisee/franchisor relationship

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred;
  • Experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry;
