About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO on various projects, as well as manage day-to-day office tasks. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, a flexible, get-it-done attitude, and excellent communication abilities.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, prioritizing and flagging important communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents, as needed for meetings or special projects.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various initiatives and decision-making.
  • Greet visitors and ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Set up interview candidates in the conference room.
  • Maintain office supplies and keep kitchen and common areas organized and stocked.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office-related services, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, research tasks, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and propose solutions.
