Learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry through comprehensive training and mentorship with the agent.

Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and identifying coverage solutions.

Prospect clients and businesses to generate business for the agency.

Pass the state licensing exams (we provide guidance and cover training materials).

Build lasting relationships with customers by offering exceptional service and follow-up.

Requirements

Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (training and guidance provided, we will cover all licensing costs).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or finance is a plus but not required.

Comfortable using basic computer programs and CRM tools.

Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
