Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate policies to protect their assets
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by presenting and closing insurance solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and policy changes in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, and claims guidance
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development programs
  • Stay up to date on insurance products, industry trends, and company offerings
  • Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous sales, customer service, or business experience (not required)
