Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Services & Account Specialist to join our team. This role combines billing support, client outreach, and administrative responsibilities. You will work closely with clients to address billing inquiries, verify account information, obtain marketing consents, and ensure our records remain accurate and up to date.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable speaking with clients by phone, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesBilling Support
  • Respond to client billing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Explain billing processes, payment options, and account details.
  • Assist with payment arrangements and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Follow up on outstanding balances and payment-related concerns.
Client Outreach & Record Verification
  • Contact existing clients to verify and update personal and policy information.
  • Obtain and document marketing and communication consents in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Support
