Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Full Time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, take minutes and correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Assist with special projects, research, and data collection as needed
  • Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Support office operations and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
  • Manage and execute employee request for the COO
  • Properly handle complaints and grievances as needed
Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 annually based on experience
