Job description

The Role

We’re partnering with a highly respected independent insurance agency seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to manage a portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts. This is a full-lifecycle, client-facing role with real ownership of relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $120,000–$125,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a book of middle-market commercial clients
  • Serving as the primary day-to-day client contact
  • Handling renewals, endorsements, certificates, and coverage reviews
  • Coordinating marketing and placement with carriers and wholesalers
  • Identifying coverage gaps and proactively advising clients
  • Supporting producers with client strategy and retention
  • Delivering consistent, high-level service
  • Middle-market commercial accounts across multiple industries
  • Well-supported by strong carrier relationships and internal teams
  • Clear processes and collaborative workflows

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial lines account management experience
  • Comfortable-owning client relationships independently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience servicing middle-market accounts required
