Job description

Our firm is seeking a dependable and organized Office Service Coordinator to join our Fire Protection team. This position is responsible for scheduling and dispatching field service technicians, answering customer calls, and providing administrative support to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch service technicians.

Answer phones and assist customers with scheduling and service requests.

Prepare work orders and maintain service records.

Coordinate technician schedules and make changes as needed.

Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates.

Perform general office and administrative duties.

Work closely with technicians and management to ensure timely service.

Qualifications:

Previous office, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
