Job Title – Site Manager(Office Services)
Duration-3 months contract to hire
Location-San Diego, California, 92121
 
Pay Rate: $25

Dress Code: Business casual
 

Driving: No driving is required.

Interview Type: Virtual

 
 
  • This is a hands-on position; candidate will be assisting with hospitality/event setups (food/beverage); coordinate incoming requests with onsite staff. Secondary responsibilities with office services related tasks such as printing/copying/scanning, sending out overnight packages and regular mail. Personnel that have experience in the hospitality industry, previously worked at a law firm and customer service oriented.
  • There is no extensive lifting, standing, or walking.
  • No special equipment besides the Ricoh copiers.
  • No free parking available at the location and parking is not reimbursed.
  • The staff takes the trolley near the office.

Shift timings: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
