Assistant Service Manager — Coral Sea PoolsBriarcliff Manor, New York | Full Time | Year Round

What We Need

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and experienced Assistant Service Manager to work alongside our leadership team at our Briarcliff Manor office. This is a full time, year round position for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and genuinely enjoys leading a team and serving clients.

What Your Day Looks Like

You will partner with our scheduling coordinator to plan and dispatch a team of 10 service technicians across daily routes covering pool cleanings, repairs, openings, and closings. You will monitor field progress throughout the day, provide real time support to technicians, and step in to solve problems before they reach the client. You will review completed jobs for accuracy and quality, ensure trucks are stocked and road ready, and manage inventory including chemicals, supplies, and replacement parts. When clients need answers, you will be a calm, knowledgeable, and professional voice on the other end of the line. You will also make quotes, bill invoices, and account management as needed.

What You Bring

Prior experience in pool service operations or a related trade management role. Supervisory or team lead experience is required. Strong knowledge of pool systems, equipment, and water chemistry. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing your composure. A customer first mindset and professional communication style. Comfort with scheduling software and basic office systems. Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
