Office Supervisorย Position Overview:ย ย ย 
Are you an experienced leader in medical office operations with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care? Weโ€™re looking for a Medical Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support healthcare providers, and lead a high-performing front desk and clinical support team. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and patient service in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Occasional travel to nearby offices may be required.ย

Office Supervisor Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):ย ย ย 
  • Supervise and support front desk and medical staff to ensure excellent patient careย 
  • Oversee daily operations and compliance with policies and proceduresย 
  • Serve as a point of contact for patient and employee concernsย 
  • Coordinate provider schedules, including on-call rotationsย 
  • Manage front office workflow, queue management, and patient flowย 
  • Handle hiring, training, and performance management for team membersย 
  • Maintain office inventory, order supplies, and coordinate facility maintenanceย 
  • Process daily deposits and manage bank runsย 
  • Oversee timekeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll coordinationย 
  • Assist with staffing coverage for the front desk and medical assistants when neededย 
  • Lead special projects and collaborate with cross-functional teamsย 
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold patient confidentialityย 
Office Supervisor Required Education, Skills and Experience:ย 
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in healthcare operations)ย 
  • Minimum of 4 years as a Medical Office Manager or similar supervisory roleย 
  • Proven experience managing a team of 15โ€“20+ staffย 
  • In-depth knowledge of medical billing and insurance workflowsย 
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systemsย 
  • Strong communication and leadership skillsย 
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management abilitiesย 
  • Technologically savvy; proficient in Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teamsย 
  • Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA complianceย
