Hotel Front Office Supervisor

Tetherow Resort has an immediate opening for Hotel Front Office Supervisor!

What You'll Do...
  • Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work.
  • Ensure your shift team have a current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
  • Check guests in by verifying all names of party on reservation and issue room keys
  • Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day.
  • Provide guests with information on hotels policies, services and amenities
  • Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure room availability
  • Direct guests to proper resort staff members for escort, transportation, and concierge services
  • Listen and respond to guest complaints in a gracious and appropriate manner
  • Review the final bill with the guest, post charges and make any necessary correction to the account
  • Answer, record and process guest requests, including requests for special occasion assistance such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
