Location: Newark, NJ
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am to 6 pm, 30 -minute lunch

We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Office Services Associate to join a professional corporate environment in Downtown Los Angeles. This position is ideal for someone with experience in office services, print and copy operations, hospitality, or administrative support who enjoys delivering exceptional service and supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors
  • Manage print, copy, scanning, and document production requests
  • Operate and troubleshoot multifunction printers and office equipment
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute printed materials
  • Assist with meeting room setup and breakdown
  • Coordinate catering deliveries and hospitality services for meetings and events
  • Maintain conference rooms, common areas, and office supply inventories
  • Handle incoming requests through email, phone, and service tickets
  • Support general office operations and special projects as needed
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and within established deadlines
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Office Services, Hospitality, Print Services, Administrative Support, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
