Job description

Currently seeking an Experience print and Mail professional that will thrive within a print and mail production environment. With a client-first mentality, the Office Services professional will understand that every piece of mail has a purpose and destination and that details within each print request (marketing presentations, business cards, business supplies, etc.) received are important as well towards the successful completion of the request.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $24.16 per hour

Priority is within the print and mail services; Includes a combination of receiving sorting, delivering, and tracking packages, transporting packages to designated floors, preparing outgoing shipments, digitizing mail, assisting the customer with questions/requests they may have via emails, telephone, and/or in person. Having print production in your background is a plus as you will need to participate in both services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Print
* Experience with Cannon Color copiers
* Experience with Fiery System, file manipulation, imposition, and the ability to produce full bleed print jobs
* Experience with managing online print submission software
* Experience GBC Bind specifically, coil binding
* Experience running mail merge jobs with multiple fields and files
Familiar with troubleshooting machine issues Daily responsibilities:
* Sort and time stack customer requested work using a job production ticket and workflow
* Comfortable asking questions until task(s) are understood
* Interact with various departments and senior staff at a high level
* Provide excellent customer service and consultation skills.
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
* Provides proofs for customer approval and works throughout the process with each client
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Mail
* Receive courier delivered items and log them into our internal package tracking system.
* Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
* Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
* Prepare outgoing shipments
* Transport mail/packages throughout the building to designated floors
* Resolve customer questions and requests
Other duties may be assigned.
Assist with hospitality and office service request.

  • Track and deliver FedEx, UPS, messenger, and other incoming packages
  • Process and prepare outgoing mail and trackable packages for pickup
  • Perform daily mail pickups and deliveries, including USPS runs
  • Maintain accurate package and mail tracking records
  • Support end-of-day reporting and documentation requirements
  • Provide exceptional client service while ensuring timely and accurate mailroom operations
