Are you experienced in print production, reprographics, and delivering exceptional customer service? OpenSity Solutions is looking for a motivated Office Services Associate to join our team and play a vital role in supporting daily business operations.

In this dynamic position, you'll be the go-to resource for high-volume printing, document production, scanning, binding, and reprographics services while also assisting with office services and client support. You'll work in a professional corporate environment where attention to detail, organization, and quality are highly valued.

Pay: $25

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Print & Reprographics (Primary Focus)
Operate and manage high-volume print equipment, including Canon 1190 (11x17)
Perform copying, saddle stitching, binding, and custom cutting for client projects
Produce mini books, booklets, and custom print materials with precision
Handle electronic print requests and ensure accurate, high-quality output
Conduct routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
Maintain print production timelines and meet client deadlines

Client & Office Support
Serve as a main point of contact for print and office service requests
Provide clear, professional communication and updates to clients
Deliver a high level of customer service with urgency and attention to detail

Mail, Facilities & Meeting Support
Assist with mail distribution and outgoing shipments
Support meeting room setup and office operations as needed
Help maintain an organized, clean, and professional workspace

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in print production / reprographics (Staples, Kinko's/FedEx Office, or similar)
Hands-on experience with high-volume printers, finishing, and binding
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with technology and digital print systems
Reliable, dependable, and able to meet deadlines consistently
Eager to learn and grow within the role
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

MUST-HAVES

Experience with copying, saddle stitching, and custom cutting
Strong attention to detail in print production
Professional demeanor and communication skills
Proven reliability and strong work ethic
Willingness to complete WPX training
Availability to work weekends
