Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to an executive, ensuring efficient time management and productive interactions with staff and the public. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks, independently managing projects, information, and people, while maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage the executive's schedule, including complex meeting arrangements and travel planning
  • Prepare for meetings, including gathering materials and coordinating logistics
  • Conduct research and information gathering, preparing summaries and reports for the executive
  • Handle follow-up tasks and action items from meetings and communications
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Implement processes to manage projects and information flow
  • Use discretion and judgment to facilitate the executive's activities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • May direct and deploy support staff or other resources as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of related experience in administrative support, preferably as an executive assistant
