Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing the schedules of their team of executives.

Job Details: Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Normal business hours
Pay Rate: $30-35 / hour, based on relevant experience

Job Details
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage and aggregate data from multiple projects
  • Prepare and compile reports and project updates for submission to corporate office
  • Serve as the front desk point of contact, answering phones and directing calls professionally
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Process invoices accurately and track reimbursements in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
  • Ability to take delegated tasks and execute them efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong administrative and customer service skills
