Floorplan Xpress is a national leader in the automotive finance industry. We are looking for an IT Support Analystย in our Norman, OK Operations Center. This position is in-office, Monday-Friday.

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to Floorplan Xpress users while providing excellent customer service. The IT Support Analyst will diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations; and will provide guidance and training to end users to enhance their understanding and effective utilization of technology resources.

The IT Support Analyst with Floorplan Xpress will document records of support requests, assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including user accounts and security measures. In addition, the IT Support Analyst will maintain knowledge of the latest technological trends and advancements to provide proactive support and recommend improvements.

A qualified IT Support Analyst candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent; two years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting; strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and network systems; and familiarity with MS Windows and Office Suite and other commonly used business applications. Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional, are a plus.
