WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Nymbus is a remote-first company. Occasional travel may be required for client engagements, team planning sessions, or project activities. Working hours primarily align with the Eastern Time Zone; candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones are preferred. While standard business hours are expected, occasional after-hours support may be required for critical operational activities. 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Enterprise IT Support Analyst provides day-to-day technical and operational support for Enterprise IT. This role is responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees, identity and access management, endpoint administration, and supporting the technologies employees rely on every day.  

This is more than a traditional Help Desk role. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and leveraging AI and automation to make Enterprise IT more efficient. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees across hardware, software, SaaS applications, and collaboration tools.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access changes.
  • Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, user accounts, and permissions.
  • Configure, deploy, and support macOS and Windows devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
  • Document, prioritize, and resolve support requests using the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. 
  • Maintain IT assets, software licensing, and operational documentation.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve Enterprise IT operations. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Enterprise IT, or Systems Administration.
  • Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications and ITSM platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Jamf, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other automation tools.
