Overview
Position Overview
The IT Support Analyst plays a critical role, working closely with the business and across the Information Technology organization. They are responsible for providing technical assistance and support, as well as planning and maintaining helpdesk and deskside support services related to end users and computer systems. The role also includes IT related project implementation and deploying systems based on business and user requirements. This position involves troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems, and promptly implementing solutions to ensure smooth IT operations within the organization.
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, IM, ServiceDesk tickets or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
  • Diagnose and resolve Windows OS problems utilizing Sysinternals utilities
  • Install, configure, image, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Develop and maintain Windows OS images.
  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Assist with network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to implement IT projects and initiatives.
  • Document technical solutions, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users as needed.
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements and IT best practices.
  • Adhere to IT policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to help resolve IT-related issues and requests.
  • On-Site Support and working knowledge to support All IVC locations

General Responsibilities
  • Poses no direct threat to the health or safety of himself/herself, of others, or to property. Defined as a significant risk of substantial harm that cannot be eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level by reasonable accommodation.
  • Requires regular attendance to perform essential elements as contained herein between the assigned start and end times for work.
  • Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
The Candidate
Education, Experience, and Licenses:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are desirable.
  • 3+ years of previous experience in a Sr. IT support or a related role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
