We are looking for PeopleSoft Functional Analyst in Annapolis, MD for 6+ months contract position.

Required Skills:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related discipline and/or equivalent experience.

7+ years in strong background in FSCM 9.1 and later in order-to-cash, AR/Billing, and General Ledger with strong SQL experience

Experience in Order-to-cash, Billing, GL, AP

Understanding of accounting as related to Billing and Accounts Receivable transactions and how they are processed in PeopleSoft

Knowledge and experience working comparable with the flow of daily revenue transactions from the courts to the Maryland General Accounting Division

Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas, solutions and recommendations at various levels including but not limited to senior management, business users, and IT team

Experience in system and bundle upgrades and testing

Strong SQL experience preferred
