Job Description
Principal SAP Configurator/Techno-Functional Analyst - FICO
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent discipline.
Experience:
Eight+ (8+) years of SAP configuration experience performing system analysis, design, development and production support duties in one of the following disciplines to the point of being a subject matter expert in that area:
• Record to Report: Finance & Controlling Modules - Enterprise Structure (Controlling Area, Profit Centers, Company Codes, Cost Centers), G/L Master, FSV, etc.
• Order to Cash: Customer master, Lockbox (BAI & BAI2), etc.
• Bank Accounting: House Banks, Posting Keys/Rules, EBS
SAP S/4 HANA experience is desired.
Blackline experience, preferred.
Certifications:
Preferred: SAP professional certification in one of the specific disciplines lists above.
ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) Foundation certification (at hire or within 12 months in position).
Position Summary:
Responsible for translating the Business requirements of the Functional Areas (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, Human Resources, etc.) into SAP ERP functionality via the SAP Configuration IMG (SAP Implementation Guide). This includes all aspects of project work, on-going functional enhancements, troubleshooting, and SAP provided system and/or legal changes. Collaborates on all phases of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) with a focus on the analysis, design, and development of configuration-based solutions. Must continuously maintain and develop the necessary skillsets, both technical and analytical to enhance value-added business solutions and in keeping with the IT architecture
