Excellent Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013

Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Sales Force Automation , Marketing automation and Service management functionality

Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013 product ( entities , workflows and configuration )

Excellent in communication, documentation and articulation skills

Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and functional support

Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp. Javascripting, Installation

Analyse client's business requirements for CRM, perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions 

Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements document and Functional design document

Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects

Functional testing of the implemented CRM system

Provide end user training

Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective

Client facing, assertive, excellent communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Higher degree is Preferred
