Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (5 Days Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business / Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Vision Next (VN) and the banking/cards/payments ecosystem. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, driving functional analysis, business process optimization, product enhancements, and stakeholder collaboration across card and payment platforms.

Required Skills Primary Skills
  • Strong understanding of Vision Next (VN) or similar core banking/cards platforms
  • Deep knowledge of card lifecycle management:
    • Authorization
    • Validation
    • Personalization
    • Administration
  • Understanding of banking processes:
    • Billing
    • Invoicing

    • Fee management (Interchange, Cash Fees, etc.)
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance and financial regulations

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile environments
  • Hands-on experience with Vision Next or similar banking/cards platforms
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end payment and card processing workflows
  • Experience working with API-based and microservices architectures
