Job description

Position:  Business Analyst 4(BA4) 
Location: Columbus, OH 

Visa: Any Visa except CPT, TN and GC (PP number is mandatory to fetch I94)
Interview Type:  Onsite
Candidates will be required to work on-site
Interviews will be onsite.

·Lead requirements discovery for large, complex,cross-functional, or enterprise-level initiatives.

·Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders,product owners, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to drive clarity andalignment.

·Analyze current-state and future-state businessneeds, including gaps, risks, dependencies, and impacts across teams orsystems.

·Create and review business process models,workflows, and visual documentation using formal notation such as BPMN.

·Translate business objectives into clearbusiness, functional, stakeholder, non-functional, reporting, and acceptancecriteria requirements.

·Ensure requirements are complete, testable,traceable, and aligned to business outcomes.

·Identify downstream impacts across systems,operations, reporting, training, policy, organizational change, and otherbusiness areas.

·Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters,Project Managers, developers, QA, OCM/training, and business leaders to supportrefinement and delivery.

·Review requirements artifacts created by otheranalysts and provide coaching, feedback, and quality control.

·Support consistent BA standards, templates, andmethods for requirements gathering and documentation.

·Proactively identify risks, assumptions,constraints, dependencies, and unresolved decisions that may affect successfuldelivery.

Communicate complex business and technical informationclearly to both leadership and delivery-team audiences.
