NEOSTEK, Inc. is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional analysis, CRM solution design, configuration, functional testing, and collaboration with technical and business teams.  The candidate will be responsible for analyzing approved business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, supporting Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and enhancements, and ensuring high-quality system outcomes.  Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, CRM optimization, and enterprise application solutions is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze approved user stories and functional requirements for clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, testers, and cross-functional teams to support successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Perform functional analysis to translate business needs into CRM configurations, system enhancements, and solution recommendations.
  • Validate completed user stories and system functionality against defined acceptance criteria through functional and system testing.
  • Execute various testing methodologies to identify defects, verify functionality, and ensure high-quality CRM deliverables.
  • Design, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including entities/tables, forms, views, workflows, business rules, security roles, dashboards, and related functionality.
  • Evaluate existing CRM processes and recommend enhancements to improve business operations, user experience, and system efficiency.
  • Develop functional documentation, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and user guidance materials.
  • Partner with technical teams to support solution implementation, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.
  • Provide functional expertise on Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience performing systems analysis, functional analysis, CRM analysis, or functional testing activities.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement solutions.
  • Experience analyzing functional requirements and translating business needs into system solutions.
  • Experience supporting CRM configuration, enhancements, testing, and production support activities.
  • Experience developing functional documentation, test cases, and system validation materials.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
