This Functional Analyst, specializing in Sales and Supply Chain, will lead the configuration, support, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. Acting as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders and IT, this role focuses on integrating D365 with Korber's HighJump (WMS) to streamline logistics, order management, and inventory, while providing general system support.


The ERP Functional Analyst will support the daily operations and strategic enhancements of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance and Supply Chain management systems. While requiring a general understanding of the ERP ecosystem, this position specializes in optimizing Sales, Warehouse, and Supply Chain processes. A key responsibility includes ensuring seamless integration between D365 and Korber's HighJump WMS to optimize fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • D365/WMS Optimization: Configure and support D365 Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse management) and Sales modules.

  • 3PL Integration Support: Act as the primary functional support for integration workflows between D365 and Korber's HighJump.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide day-to-day functional support for users, resolving system issues, and ensuring data accuracy in order management.

  • Testing & Training: Develop test scripts, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, and create documentation/training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Analyst, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.

  • System Knowledge: Deep understanding of Sales Order Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Purchasing.

  • WMS Experience: Demonstrated experience integrating or working with WMS or other 3PL solutions.

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to map business processes, create documentation, and configure D365.

  • Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to work between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Functional understanding of D365 sales and supply chain modules.

  • Experience with automated supply chain workflows.

  • Korber HighJump experience.
