Job Summary

We are seeking a Functional Analyst - Oracle HCM with hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and configurations. This role will work closely with HR leadership, implementation partners, and technical teams to support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of HR systems and experience supporting data migrations, integrations, and process improvements.
Responsibilities

  • Support the Oracle HCM Cloud implementation in partnership with HR leadership and implementation partners.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Design and validate workforce structures, security roles, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data conversions and integrations from PeopleSoft and OpenHR to Oracle HCM and Dayforce.
  • Assist with data validation, migration testing, and post-migration verification.
  • Create and execute test plans, test scripts, and support integration testing and defect tracking.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide end-user support.
  • Monitor Oracle quarterly releases, assess system impacts, and support regression testing.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation and communicate system updates and changes to stakeholders.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation modules.
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, and HR system testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
  • Experience with payroll integrations.
  • Experience with Dayforce Time & Attendance platform.
  • Background working with PeopleSoft HR systems.
