We are seeking a hands-on SAP OTC Functional Analyst to support day-to-day operations, configuration, and enhancements for a large manufacturing company.
This role involves troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and direct end-user support.
Occasional travel to the greater Arizona area is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide SAP SD/OTC functional support, including troubleshooting, configuration, and small enhancements.
Maintain processes across ATP, pricing, EDI, invoicing, order management, and delivery.
Gather requirements and create functional specifications for development.
Collaborate with FI, MM, and PP teams on integration points.
Execute testing, data validation, cutover prep, and post-go-live support.
Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth OTC operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
4-7 years SAP SD/OTC experience.
Strong configuration skills in ATP, pricing, EDI, and invoicing.
Understanding of SD integration with FI, MM, and PP.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
