Job description

Job Summary:
The NeSIS Enterprise Tools Functional Analyst is responsible to lead the administrative management of the specific Enterprise Tools business function implementation and changes within the Student Information System (Oracle PeopleSoft software suite - Campus Solutions), and any integrated third party associated or dependent modules.
Responsibilities include: coordinate new and on going core system enterprise tool functionality and peripheral system components, understanding and implementing functional support for new releases, conducting and managing integration testing, expanding reporting capacity, documentation, and training. Spearheading any enhancement or new functionality requests that will better the utilization of the product as well as create and maintain documentation and training of the tool as new users are onboarded. Managing any shared eform products (immunization, residency, change of campus, intercampus...) to ensure everyone is included in any changes or testing needs. May be required to work weekend/evening hours or during peak periods.
Functional Areas:
Enterprise Tools include: eForms and workflow (attachments, BIPublisher, variable groups, FTP), training, packaging, retention, APP Engines, 3rd party integrations: aid in troubleshooting of issues and participation in the enterprise tools (eform & workflow & dashboard) user group, and other functional areas as assigned.
This position will uphold the ITS core principles of outstanding collaboration and communication, a drive to succeed, a passion for higher learning, and acting with integrity.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
4 years experience in student information/business systems with preferably 2 of those years having an emphasis in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
Equivalent combination of education and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience with administrative systems in a college or university environment
