Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Executive Administrator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Track agenda items and prepare materials for monthly leadership meetings and distribute information to attendees.
  • Coordinate committee meetings and record clear and accurate minutes for follow up and documentation.
  • Provide daily administrative support to members of the executive leadership team and anticipate upcoming needs.
  • Manage expenses and receipts for leaders using the expense system and ensure submissions are accurate and timely.
  • Plan meetings and conference calls prepare materials and attend sessions when needed to capture discussion points and track action items.
Requirements:
  • Show strong ability using the Microsoft Office suite for documents presentations and data review.
  • Demonstrate analytical problem solving and organizational skills when managing tasks and information.
  • Communicate effectively in written verbal and interpersonal settings.
  • Interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment.
Qualifications:
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy.
