We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support attorneys within the Litigation Practice Group of a prestigious global law firm. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and highly collaborative environment and enjoys serving as a key member of a litigation team. The position combines executive-level administrative support with litigation coordination, requiring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Executive Assistant (Litigation Practice Group):
- Provide high level administrative support to litigation attorneys, including complex calendar management and prioritization of competing deadlines.
- Coordinate court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, client meetings, and internal conferences while maintaining accurate schedules.
- Draft, edit, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with litigation support by organizing case files, maintaining electronic and physical documents, and coordinating document production.
- Prepare attorneys for hearings, trials, and client meetings by assembling binders, exhibits, and supporting materials.
- Process expense reports, assist with billing activities, and maintain confidential client and administrative records.
- Serve as a liaison with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal departments while providing exceptional administrative support.
Requirements Executive Assistant (Litigation Practice Group):
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or litigation administrative experience within a law firm, consulting, or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting litigation attorneys or working within a Litigation Practice Group is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft and proofread professional documents.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality while exercising sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with legal document management and e-filing systems.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and provide high-level client service.
