Professional Search Group (PSG) is seeking an Sr. Administrative Assistant to join their client’s team! The Sr. Administrative Assistant is a hybrid role responsible for providing high-level executive support while leading the development and execution of marketing and creative initiatives. This Sr. Administrative Assistant position operates at the intersection of business operations and brand development, supporting senior leadership while enhancing the company’s visual identity and market presence.


This Sr. Administrative Assistant/ Executive Assistant role is ideal for a highly organized, creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can seamlessly shift between strategic support and hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the President and senior leadership, including preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and optimize scheduling for efficiency
  • Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
  • Maintain action trackers and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives and deliverables
  • Coordinate communication and deliverables between leadership, internal teams, and external partners
  • Liaise with third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely execution and quality outcomes
  • Support cross-functional projects, business development activities, and operational initiatives
