Responsibilities Include:

1. Finances

  • Perform basic accounting duties, such as receivables/payables/ credit for billing
  • Submit Invoices/ AR statements / Billing
  • Research and resolve situations that require troubleshooting for Accounts Payable and Billing
  • Payment & Credit Card processing
  • Report preparation

2. Data Entry

  • Purchase, Sales and Web order entry and processing
  • Accurate Data entry into ERP system
  • Timesheet management

3. Customer & Vendor communications

  • Answering and directing phone calls, strong communication skills required
  • Compose and type routine correspondence (email)
  • Assist with other accounting / admin processes as needed
