Here's how you'll become a key player with this opportunity:

We are seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to support multiple leaders within the Creative Cloud Product Marketing organization. Responsibilities will include diverse administrative tasks, assisting teams with calendaring, expense reports management and submissions, coordinating occasional travel, team purchasing, organizing events and leading frequent special projects.
As a Sr. AA, you are an assured, motivated, and organized self-starter who can work autonomously, take initiative, and follow through. You have excellent interpersonal skills; you listen and prioritize while applying sound judgment; and you can juggle multiple demands simultaneously. You demonstrate strong attention to detail and are able to work effectively with a minimum of direction. You bring a sense of humor and enthusiasm to work across organizations and with diverse personalities in a professional, efficient, and confidential manner. 

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

  • Support a fast-paced organization to optimize their success.
  • Plan and organize large meetings and group events, off-sites when requested.
  • Purchase and track hardware, software, and office supplies.
  • Facilitate between the team and facilities to handle space planning. This includes but is not limited to handling hotel space for visiting Adobe employees, facilitating office moves, and acting as a point person for leaders visiting the site.
  • Create purchase requisitions and work with the finance department to project expenses.
  • Organize occasional travel itineraries with the ability to anticipate needs (various time zones, distances, etc.), obtain travel visas, and prepare detailed itineraries while ensuring ownership throughout the travel planning process and being prepared to address contingencies and last-minute changes.
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports.
  • Act as a back-up to other assistants within the organization.
  • Use a high degree of judgment and discretion in handling and maintaining materials of a confidential and/or sensitive nature.
  • Be confident and resourceful.
  • Multi-task and prioritize projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and timeliness.
  • Be an excellent teammate with strong social and interpersonal skills.
  • Handle complex assignments.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • BA/BS degree preferred OR 8+ years of experience in an administrative environment or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep understanding of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and timely follow-through.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration across the company.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, able to deal with change and uncertainty.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, and outside contacts.

Pay Range: 
$30.00 - $34.08/hour
