 Shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Monday–Friday
 Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour

Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This temporary full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting daily office operations, managing multiple tasks, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Administrative Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:
  1. Reception and Front Desk Support: Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide professional front-office support to customers, vendors, and employees.
  2. Supporting Daily Office Operations: Assist with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  3. Managing Documents and Records: Organize, maintain, and update files, records, and office documents.
  4. Preparing Reports and Correspondence: Create, edit, and distribute documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and communications as needed.
  5. Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities.
  6. Providing Administrative Support: Support managers and team members with various administrative projects and daily responsibilities.
