Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain and update office filing systems and databases.
  • Assist in special projects and support various departments as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
