Administrative Assistant IV

Forest Lake Area School District is currently seeking applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant IV starting August 4, 2026.

Position: Administrative Assistant IV

Location: Forest Lake Area Middle School

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, and 210 days/year

Starting Rate of Pay/Range: $19.91 - $23.78

Job Description: Administrative Assistant position to the Assistant Principal and guidance team at Forest Lake Area Middle School. Level 4 position within the Forest Lake Association of Professional Office Personnel.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; office training/experience of one to five year; experience with student management software, such as Synergy, preferred.
