What’s a typical day as- Assistant 4 - Administrative? You’ll be:
  • Supporting Data Science Leaders and their teams with calendar management, meeting logistics, and scheduling for in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, and assisting with interview logistics for new team members.
  • Organizing cross-departmental meetings, large on-site/off-site events, and collaborating closely with other administrative teams.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security for sensitive documents and proposals.
  • Managing shifting priorities while exercising good judgment and discretion.
  • Building positive relationships with staff at all levels and ensuring seamless communication and administrative support.
