Job Title: Administrative Assistant IV
Location: Lake Mary, FL
Duration: 12 months CTH
Scope:
  • Provide support to multiple senior leaders, primarily reporting to one, but may occasionally support others remotely.
  • Manage competing priorities, schedule meetings, and coordinate meeting spaces.
  • Ensure follow-through on tasks, anticipate needs, and proactively communicate with leadership.
  • Handle data validation and basic reporting in Excel; support general administrative functions.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where clear communication and organization are critical.

Must-Haves:
  • 3-5+ years experience supporting senior leadership in an enterprise or large team environment.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of financial/trading concepts helpful but not required.
  • Experience managing C-suite communications or enterprise-level coordination - type of company is most important
  • Government security requirements apply: NDA and personal securities trading restrictions.
