The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, responsibility, accountability, flexibility, confidentiality, and discretion. The Senior Executive Assistant must establish and maintain effective rapport with executive leadership, board members, executive administrative support staff, physicians, office staff, patients, and visitors. Advanced administrative functions such as typing and word processing, proofreading, creating and preparing reports, processing correspondence, filing, scheduling meetings, receiving visitors, demonstrating professional telephone etiquette, maintaining files, and conducting special projects or other duties as assigned. This position consistently exercises confidentiality and discretion regarding Network and personnel-related information.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be highly organized, self-directed professionals who demonstrate sound judgment, confidentiality, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.

· High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred

· Minimum of seven (7) years of executive-level administrative assistant or office management experience, preferably in healthcare

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

· Experience with UKG and Workday preferred

· Demonstrated problem solving skills including ability to screen/prioritize items needing executive input vs. self-directed resolution

· Demonstrated ability to manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting

· Experience preparing correspondence, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes

· Ability to interact effectively with executive leadership, boards, committees, and external partners

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

· High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

· Demonstrated initiative and ability to prioritize and complete work independently

· Manage mail, office supply ordering, subscriptions, and publications

· Perform other duties as assigned
