Executive Assistant to President Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 /annually
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Manage complex executive calendar, meetings, and travel logistics, ensuring seamless daily operations for the President
  • Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence with a high level of accuracy
  • Act as a key liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism and urgency
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, events, and projects, including agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
  • Anticipate executive needs, prioritize competing demands, and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Executive Assistant to President Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant experience or 5+ years of advanced administrative support experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management systems
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Experience supporting senior leadership (VP level or above preferred), with the ability to anticipate needs and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
