Executive Assistant to the President

  • $26.44/hr
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

A large, successful Ocala company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President directly. This role requires a highly organized, self-motivated professional who can manage a fast-paced, ever-changing workload, maintain strict confidentiality, and handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities. The President is hands-off and focused, so this role is all about getting work done efficiently with minimal chit-chat.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the President’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Assist with writing, editing, and responding to correspondence
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, slide decks, and reports for the President
  • Organize and attend meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups
  • Work on projects, reports, and special assignments as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Provide general administrative support to the Executive Team

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have good attendance and reliability
  • 4-year degree in a related field preferred

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Office + manufacturing environment (may include loud noise, high temperatures, dirt/sand)
  • Required PPE: steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, dust masks, or respirators
