Job description

We are looking for a Mobile Administrator, LNHA / DON to support our care centers campuses throughout Iowa. The Mobile Administrator / DON of a skilled nursing facility would be responsible for managing daily operations, staff engagement, and positive clinical outcomes for our residents. You will lead and direct the daily operation of the assigned campus in a professional manner using resources effectively and efficiently to attain and maintain the highest level of care for residents, and support for our staff. You will be collaborating with other high performing operations and clinical professionals to drive comprehensive business results at the assigned facility.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

· A minimum two years’ administrative experience in a Skilled Nursing setting and two years’ experience in a direct supervisory position; A minimum five years' experience as an RN with Director of Nursing Services (DON) experience in a long-term care setting.

· Current Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) & current Iowa Registered Nurse licensure

  • The ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations. Individual must be a team player, well organized and flexible
  • Experience with budget, staff development and training
  • The ability to travel based on facility assignment(s)
