Mobile Device Administrator Rockville, MD - Hybrid Rate Negotiable Contract : • Mobile Device support and troubleshooting, including o Device Procurement (Phones, Tablets & Hotspot/MiFi) via DHHS-provided tools and interfaces o Device Configuration Management o Assignment and Troubleshooting o Inventory Management • Mobile Device support and troubleshooting, including: o AirWatch Mobile Device Management (MDM): Activation Enrollment Provisioning Application/Policy Push Disabling Wipe/Reset o Device Troubleshooting related to hardware or software malfunction o Collaboration with DHS to return or receive replacement hardware • Authorized User Account Management via provided tools and interfaces: o Account Create/Delete o Password Reset o Disable/Suspend o Information Update/Rename • Authorized User Account Group Assignments via provided tools and interfaces • Ensure detailed, complete recording, and correct categorization of incident reports • Receive, validate, and forward invoices, according to IT processes, for payment. • Complete all requirements to maintain active accounts/authority to perform duties as required, including monthly security training. #M1 #LI-CB3 Ref: #851-Rockville-S1
